Quick Tips

The fastest method for payments to get posted to your account is to mail your payment to Ohio Child Support Payment Central (OCSPC).

Information on payments posted into SETS today (statewide computer system) will not be available to anyone until the next business day. This includes our Call Center and the SETS automated payment line.

If you are making your first child support payment on a new order, it may take up to three weeks for your first payment to be posted.

Please click on the Bold Chat button above from 9:30am to 11:00am or 2:00pm to 3:30pm Monday thru Friday and you can electronically "speak" to an OCSS representative who will be happy to answer your questions.
