Investigations of Public Assistance Fraud

The purpose of the Investigations Office is to investigate potential fraud in Public Assistance Programs, including Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), Medicaid, Childcare, Ohio Works First and the Prevention Retention and Contingency (PRC) Program.
